TECHNOLOGY
This machine comprises a pneumatic system that handles the containers and rotates them 180?, exposing the mouths of the containers to a series of injectors. When the containers are in position, the injectors open, and pump a water jet to the bottom of the container, in order to remove possible small contaminants from the containers.
The water is drained and directed to a collection tray. The containers are placed back in the conveyor at the end of the rinse cycle.
USES AND/OR APPLICATIONS
Rinsing new containers from 3.4 ounces (100 ml) up to 50 ounces (1500 ml). In special executions the container can hold up to 340 ounces (10 lt). Containers can be made of PET, Polyethylene or glass, with mouths of 4 inches in diameter (100 mm).
