DFL Series Flowmeter Fillers

TECHNOLOGY
DFL Series fillers utilize mass-flow and/or electromagnetic flowmeter technology in a system for precision volumetric mass dosing of a product. DFL fillers feature self-adjusting algorithms that continuously measure dosed volumes and/or weights and adjust the filler settings between each cycle accordingly. This results in precise, repeatable fill accuracy throughout a production run and, in case of error, can reject containers that are under/overfilled.

The DFL design is very simple and contains very few moving parts or dynamic packaging.  This design reduces the possibility of product contamination and allows for easy machine cleaning. These fillers can be used in aseptic applications and/or hot-fill applications.

USES AND/OR APPLICATIONS
DFL filler technology can be used for a wide range of fill volumes, products, and viscosities, including products as aggressive as acids and solvents or as delicate as pharmaceuticals and foods.
