Gravity Overflow filling machine

TECHNOLOGY
The DNS series technology is based on filling injectors distribute in different level, which recycle the excess
product and foam to the balance tank. The equipment is offered with 4 or 6 injectors,the operation
is automatically controlled by PLC.

USES AND/OR APPLICATIONS
The DNS series is ideal when the products have a low viscosity and without solids; By design, it is especially
useful for sparkling products such as:

CAUTION
The DNS series shall not be used when the viscous products have a concentration of solids, or when the container
diameter’s mouth is larger than 5 cm, or when the distance to the product level from the container mouth is longer
than 4 cm.
