DNM Semi-Automatic Overflow Filling Line

TECHNOLOGY
Equitek’s DNM Series semi-automatic overflow filling line is designed for low-viscosity products, including foamy liquids, without solids larger than 0.5 mm.  Equipped with up to 6 filling heads, and adjustable to accommodate containers ranging from 12 cm to 36 cm in height, and up to 17 cm in width.

The system is mounted to a 2.5 m long stainless steel table on rolling casters with adjustable guiderails and a grated spill gutter with a drain. This system is available with a torque-adjustable, pneumatic semi-automatic chuck capper for caps ranging from 20 mm to 40 mm.
