ERAL Linear Belt Capper

TECHNOLOGY
ERAL automatic cappers utilize a system of independently driven cap tightening belts to precisely drive twist caps on to rigid containers. ERAL cappers are controlled by a PLC with integrated touchscreen HMI for easy machine operation. Belt style cappers such as the ERAL provide far superior cap tightening results when compared to spindle style cappers.  Compared to spindles which contact caps only tangentially as they pass through the machine, tightening belts provide significantly increased surface area and continuous contact with the cap throughout the tightening process.
